Financing Your Charleston Home!
A very important step early in the process of buying or selling a home is contacting a mortgage lender. For buyers, it is important to get pre approval. A lender can show you different options to make the house you want affordable. There are probably several financingoptions available that you are not aware of. A lender can show you those options and explain them to you in great detail.
For sellers, a lender can help insure that you are able to accomplish your goals and make the process stress free. They can explain how planning your next purchase before listing may provide answers and options you were not aware of. They can also show you ways to be able to sell without a contingency.
They can also show you how a mortgage can incorporate your future financial goals and help you accomplish your dreams easier and sometimes faster.
Even if you have been pre approved already, it can't hurt to contact any of the lenders in my network to see what options they can give you. Lowest rate shouldn't be the only criteria you look for. A low rate on the wrong mortgage program is far worse than a slightly higher rate on the right program. Remember, this will be the largest financial transaction of your life. If you were to receive a life affecting diagnosis from your doctor, wouldn't you seek a second opinion? This is an important transaction of your financial life, so shouldn't you seek a second opinion on this, too? Consultations are free and only require a little bit of time. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain.
